Not quite ready for Tour de Fleece

To be perfectly honest I'm fairly new to the fiber world so I'm not ready to join in on the Tour de Fleece fun as a participant. But I'm definitely enjoying all the posts and news buzzing around everyone else who are participating and that is fun too. My daughter Kyrie calls me an 'oogler' which as an artist she finds annoying because I'll just sit and 'oogle' her while she's working. When her sister, Elayna came home and said that she could get extra credit in geometry class if she brought in a cake and did the equation of its surface area and volume, Kyrie declared that we would make Mr. Barrett's face. You should know that Elayna's geometry teacher was once Kyrie's favorite teacher and who is now a family friend as well. We live in a very small town. Mr. Barrett's Face Cake:

So yes I am 'oogling' all the Tour de Fleece participants especially on Tumblr. There is one thing I do know for certain, if they had Tumblr when I was a teenager, I would never have gone anywhere. Keep spinning!! I'll be oogling you later ｡◕‿◕｡
